Julie and Jesse's Wedding

It was a pleasure to be a part of Julie and Jesse's wedding on September 12. I usually don't do two weddings in one day, but a good and old friend's niece was getting married and wanted me to coordinate the wedding flowers and decor.
It was a fall garden wedding. The main colors were brown and mocha, and the flowers were in fall colors that she loved. I love a decorating tent wedding!! The opportunities are endless!!!

Heather and Rick

Heather and Rick were married on September 12. Their colors were a vibrant orange and purple, a perfect color combination for fall and for Rick too. I love adding something personal to the bouquets. Heather added a charm to each of the bridesmaids bouquets that symbolizes their personality. For her bouquet, she attached pictures of her grandparents that are watching over her, which touched me when she cried when she say her bouquet with the pictures. Congratulations Heather and Rick!!

Megan and Ben

I had the pleasure to coordinate and create their wedding flowers for Megan and Ben's wedding on August 15, the ceremony and reception held at the beautiful Barns of Wesleyan Hills in Middletown, CT. A perfect location for Megan and Ben's wedding, a rustic, nature and earthy wedding that fit perfectly to their style. Their colors palette were brown, green, ivory and pale pink.



Megan and Ben wanted a unique and fun escort cards so they gathered all the pictures they could get their hands on of all the guests that were invited. Some pictures were old pictures, funny pictures and cute pictures and of course there were some that they couldn't get, so they took pictures of their beautiful flower garden and use those pictures to replace. All the guests loved the idea and had fun looking at all the funny, cute and some embarrassing pictures.

At the ceremony, Megan and Ben wanted their chairs to line in a half circle to create a intimate and close feeling and for the guests to be able to hear the couple's marriage vows. The guests were given a fan and a packet of tissues. The aisle were lined with sheppard hooks holding glass holders of flowers.
